At Mash Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging



We do not accept returns for:


  • Sale items
  • Underwear, socks or accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Items damaged through misuse

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.



Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it immediately.
